Chukwudiogo is an astute lawyer with a vast experience in commercial practice and dispute
resolution. Before joining the Firm, he was Assistant Head of the Port-Harcourt Branch for one of Nigeria’s foremost commercial law firms, Babalakin & Co. Prior to then, he worked with one
Nigeria’s big three multinational telecommunications companies.

With a career experience in the corporate world and a firm background in dispute resolution, Chukwudiogo is well versed with both the street smartness, commercial awareness and hands-on legal sagacity to deliver the desired outcomes and meet the complex needs of any client.

In the course of his career, Chukwudiogo has been involved in some of the largest environmental dispute claims in the last decade. Chukwudiogo is a strategic negotiator and
advises corporate clients on navigating highly contentious disputes or difficult litigation. He has
represented some of the big players in the oil and gas sector in negotiations with trade unions.

Chukwudiogo has an in-depth experience in the business of cinematography and has advised clients on several movie projects, commercials, and distribution contracts. He holds a Master of
Laws (LLM) from University of Lagos. Chukwudiogo is admitted to the Nigerian Bar and a
member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute
of Arbitrators UK.
