He loves to analyse and critic business solutions in order to ensure that they confer sustainable competitive advantage on Clients.

Chike has advised and negotiated Mergers, Acquisitions and other restructuring transactions; Power Purchase; Complex Real Estate developments, structuring and joint ventures; Private Equity investments; and Private Placements. Chike has been involved in several high-profile transactions in Lagos, other parts of Nigeria, Dubai and the United Kingdom.

Chike is an emerging thought leader in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions where he contributes to the literature with his papers and commentaries. His work has been incorporated as part of the study material in the Tekedia Mini-MBA program. He also acts as Board Member in Non-Executive Director capacity to local and multinational companies and advises the Boards on legal/business issues pertaining their operations in different jurisdictions.

Chike is a consummate professional and is highly committed and dedicated to the needs of Clients. Chike worked in two top commercial law firms in Nigeria before joining NICCOM. He is a
member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business
Law (NBA-SBL) and holds a Certificate of Membership on Alternative Dispute Resolution from
the Nigerian Institute of Management. Chike enjoys travelling, dissecting business ideas with
friends/clients, playing soccer, engaging in public speaking, reading and teaching.
